Rob Glaser, Founder, Chairman and CEO of RealNetworks, Inc., has long been intrigued with the nexus of media, computing, communication and the Internet. Since founding Real in 1994, Mr. Glaser has played an integral role in the transformation of the Internet into the next great mass medium. In 1995 under Mr. Glaser's direction, Real introduced the groundbreaking RealAudio. Followed by RealVideo, RealPlayer and the systems to distribute audio and video including the Helix technologies, RealNetworks has continued to innovate and bring technologies to market. Additionally in 2000, RealNetworks began offering aggregated premium content online directly to consumers in a subscription service. In 2003, RealNetworks purchased Listen.com and built the Rhapsody music service into the leading music subscription service. With the combination of technology and business systems for monetizing media, RealNetworks and Mr. Glaser are at the forefront of the Internet media revolution. Prior to founding RealNetworks, Inc., Mr. Glaser worked for Microsoft for 10 years in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Multimedia and Consumer Systems. Mr. Glaser has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including his appointment by President Clinton to the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Yale University, with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science.

Eric Benhamou has been a director of RealNetworks, Inc. since October 2003. Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com.

In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987.

In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet and of the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board (CSTB). He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society.

Edward Bleier has been a director of RealNetworks, Inc. since April 1999. In January 2001, Mr. Bleier became Senior Advisor of Warner Bros. a leading producer and distributor of movies, television programming and animation. He previously served as Warner Bros.' President of Domestic Pay-TV, Cable & Network Features. Over 31 years, Mr. Bleier was involved in the development of home video, video-on-demand, pay-TV, and cable systems and networks, with ongoing responsibilities for programming, animation, sports, and the distribution of movies and television shows. Mr. Bleier previously served as a Senior Executive of ABC-TV, at various times overseeing sales, daytime and children's programming, marketing and planning. Mr. Bleier chairs the Steering Committee of the Aspen Institute's bi-annual Communications Conferences for leaders of the television, film and cable industries. Mr. Bleier also chairs the Center for Communication and the Academy of the Arts Guild Hall, serves as a trustee of the Dana Foundation and the Martha Graham Dance Center, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Bleier holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University and served in the U.S. Army, specializing in public information.

Jeremy Jaech has been a Director of RealNetworks, Inc. since July 2002. Mr. Jaech was a co-founder of Visio Corporation, a developer of business drawing and diagramming software, and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board from 1990 until its acquisition by Microsoft Corporation in 2000. Mr. Jaech served as Vice President of the Business Tools Division of Microsoft Corporation from January 2000 until June 2000. Prior to founding Visio Corporation, Mr. Jaech co-founded Aldus Corporation, a software development company, where he was the technical leader for the original development of PageMaker from April 1984 to July 1985. Mr. Jaech managed Aldus' product development as Vice President of Engineering from July 1985 to March 1989. Prior to founding Aldus Corporation, Mr. Jaech held various positions with Battelle's Pacific Northwest Laboratories and The Boeing Company. Mr. Jaech also serves on the Boards of Directors of Pivotal Corporation, Vixz Labs and Performant, Inc. Mr. Jaech holds a B.A in Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Pradeep Jotwani joined RealNetworks' Board in July 2008.

Mr. Jotwani served as a senior executive at Hewlett-Packard for 17 years from 1990 to 2007. Most recently he was the SVP and GM responsible for the $16 billion Printing Supplies business. Prior to that, he founded and served as President for HP's $15 billion Consumer Business.



Mr. Jotwani also serves on the Board of Directors for Presto, a Silicon Valley start up, the Advisory Board of the Markkula Center of Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University and the Board of Trustees of Crystal Springs Upland School in Hillsborough, California. He is also a Fellow of the American Leadership Forum in Silicon Valley and a teaching Guest Fellow at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Jonathan D. Klein has been a Director of RealNetworks, Inc. since January 2003. Jonathan Klein co-founded Getty Images, Inc. (NYSE: GYI) in March 1995 and has served as its chief executive since the company's inception.

Mr. Klein has led Getty Images' strategic direction, creating and extending the company's global leadership position across all aspects of the imagery industry into the digital age. The innovations he introduced, and his foresight into accessing the tremendous value of the Internet in its earliest days, transformed Getty Images into one of the most successful companies in the digital media arena and expanded opportunities for customers, photographers, filmmakers and musicians. Getty Images is now a broadly based global digital media company with operations throughout the world. Jonathan has also overseen an ambitious and broad ranging consolidation strategy with the successful acquisition and integration of more than 70 collections and companies worldwide, including the industry-leading micropayment site iStockphoto. Under his direction, Getty Images has expanded value-added services for clients, including digital asset management, rights services and assignment photography.

At the core of Getty Images is a fundamental belief that imagery is a powerful force for change. This approach has achieved recognition from many sources, including the Business Excellence for Innovation award from the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS. In May 2006, Klein and fellow co-founder, Mark Getty, were honored as the inaugural recipients of the International Center of Photography's (ICP) Trustee's Award. The award was for "Getty Images' commitment to the field of photography, through technology and philanthropy, their dedication to the ideas that encourage the power of photography to create change, and their support of the ICP." In May 2005, Jonathan received top honors on American Photo's list of the "100 Most Important People in Photography," he is a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Washington and was named in the March 2006 Fast Company issue as one of "The Fast 50 – The people who will change the way we work and live over the next ten years."

Before founding Getty Images, Jonathan led the media industry group for the London-based investment bank, Hambros Bank Limited. Jonathan currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, the Board of Directors of Friends of the Global Fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and the Board of Trustees of the Groton School. He is also on the boards of Directors of Getty Images (NYSE: GYI) and Getty Investments.

Kalpana Raina has been a director of RealNetworks, Inc. since December 2001. Ms. Raina serves as an Executive Vice President at The Bank of New York. The Bank of New York, a financial holding company, provides a complete range of banking and other financial services to corporations and individuals worldwide. Ms. Raina has responsibility for the Media & Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retailing and the Western Division. Prior to her appointment as Executive Vice President in 1998, Ms. Raina served as Senior Vice President from August 1995 to December 1998, as Vice President from August 1992 to August 1995, as Assistant Vice President from November 1989 to August 1992 and as Assistant Treasurer from November 1988 to November 1989. Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Ms. Raina was employed in the Media Division of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Ms. Raina serves on the Board of the Center for Communications and ADITI: Foundation for the Arts in New York City. Ms. Raina holds a B.A. Honors degree from Panjab University, India and an M.A. degree in English Literature from McMaster University.
